I currently serve as a diversity and outreach officer for UCSF BE-STEM. My favorite activities include playing tennis, painting, and taking long walks/hikes.

I am Biophysics PhD student co-advised by Michael Grabe and Brian Shoichet. I am using MD to improve computational drug discovery, particularly when modeling protein conformational landscapes for Flexible Receptor DOCK and discovering selective ligands. He is currently working with the T4 lysozyme and SARS-CoV-2 NSP3 macrodomain as model systems. When I’m not doing research, I enjoy playing Nintendo Switch, my guitar, and taking walks around the city.
